Raccoons Love Three Spots
Click your situation — each page explains exactly what we do about it.
In the attic
Scratching above the bedroom? The classic. Removal, latrine cleanup, insulation repair.
Under the deck
Denning under decks and sheds — especially mothers with kits in spring.
In the chimney
Chimneys are perfect dens. We evict safely and cap it so it never happens again.
The Gap Nobody Else Fills
Toronto's wildlife companies are either faceless franchises or sloppy one-man sites. We're the specialist with everything in one place.
Published pricing
From $275 removal, free inspection, itemized packages. The most transparent pricing in the Toronto market — while competitors say "call for a quote" or charge $85 just to inspect.
Truly humane
One-way doors, never poisons or kill traps. Baby-season protocol every spring.
2-year warranty
A real number, in writing — on every sealed entry point. (One competitor's site still says "[N]-year guarantee." Ours doesn't.)
Same-day & 24/7
Same-day service across the GTA, and genuine 24/7 response when an animal is inside your living space.
One phone number
One consistent number everywhere — on the site, the truck, and the invoice. (A competitor lists two different numbers on different pages. We don't.)
Where We Work
Toronto and the GTA — real local pages, not name-dropping.
Common Questions
Removal starts at $275 per entry point. Most full jobs — removal plus sealing every entry — run $800–$1,600. Attic decontamination is $700+. You get a written quote before we start — prices in CAD.
Never. We use humane one-way doors: raccoons leave on their own and can't get back in. No poisons, no kill traps — and during baby season (March–June) we follow strict protocols so mothers aren't separated from kits.
Yes. We inspect your roofline, attic, and likely entry points at no charge, then quote a fixed price in writing. Some competitors charge $85 just to show up.
Same-day service across Toronto and the GTA in most cases. For genuine emergencies — an animal inside your living space — we offer 24/7 response.
Not through the same door: every entry point is sealed with galvanized steel mesh and backed by our 2-year warranty. Prevention (exclusion) is what makes removal permanent.
