Exclusion Beats Removal — Every Time
Removing one raccoon without sealing entry points is like bailing water without fixing the leak. Exclusion is the systematic sealing of every vulnerability on your home — and it's the only permanent answer.
What we seal
- Roof vents and plumbing stacks (the #1 entry)
- Soffits and fascia gaps
- Chimney (stainless cap)
- Deck and shed perimeters (trenched mesh)
- Gable vents and construction gaps
Pricing & warranty
Full-home exclusion typically $800–$1,600 depending on roof complexity — and every sealed point carries our 2-year warranty in writing.
Best value: bundle exclusion with removal — most customers do both in one visit, and it's cheaper than two separate calls.
